This mods has dirty edits, so clean before playing. Also, while you're at it, in TES5Edit, open up the mod, go to Cell >> Block 8 >> Sub-Block 7 You should see an entry called SolitudeProudspireManor. Expand it to see the Temporary heading, expand that too and look for an entry that says "Placed NPC". Remove it so that the mod doesn't touch Jordis AT ALL. Your Housecarl will now show up like normal when you become thane. OR, if you don't care at all about the edits this mod makes to the interior of Proudspire Manor, you can just remove the whole cell records.
Wish I'd read these comments earlier, would have saved me a heap of time. As reported Jordis will disappear everytime you load a game if you use this mod.
Buggy buggy buggy! Jordis WILL disappear, and won't reappear until after you remove this mod... and even then, you have to use the console commands to get her back. If you're using the living room/wine cellar add on mod, the wine cellar will disappear until after you uninstall this mod. Also, the disappearing cooking pot bug will reappear, and even reinstalling the Unofficial Hearthfire patch will not fix it. Sorry, but it's not worth the trouble.

How'd you know what I had in mind? Only I ain't no druggie. I like to keep a clear head, so next time some skoomahead tries to slap me around when he's high, I can stick a knife in his ribs.
I love this mod. It turns the Proudspire patio into a place that I would actually like to spend time enjoying. I especially like the fountain. Great work and thank you so much for sharing this with the community. Endorsed!
Like for greyroyce below "my" Jordis has also suddenly stopped to appear about halfway through my last two play-through. With a player.moveto I'm transported next to the bench on the midlevel so I figured it was the documented bug that had happened, but no matter how many times I tried the "prid", "disable" and "enable" approach she never appeared.
Her room is also emptied out except for the deer(?) skull and a glazed cup. I spawned a new Jordis via console and reset the interior which worked for a while... Then after about a week or so in game the room reset to the empty one again.
I'm guessing it's a conflict with some other mod because it's worked perfectly before and I do try out a lot of mod. Unfortunately I have absolutely no idea which mod though and since I'm running over 220 it's not so easy to check. She did appear as soon as I uninstalled this mod (I had already uninstalled all mods that changed the interior) so it has to be one of the culprits. Very weird since it's an exterior edit but still...
So I guess this is just to let you know that there seems to be a mod conflicting with yours and another currently unknown. If I do discover the conflicting mod I'll give a shout.
