This mod is probably dead, so a warning to all newcomers from Oldrim:
There are a lot of immersion breaking phenomena that occur because of this mod, usually relating to a Memory Allocation Failure thanks to Oldrim's CTD prone 32bit limit & unstable build. The most notable of these bugs, is that the Forests pop out of nowhere and are invisible in medium or far distances, only spawning when within a short distance of them. This causes stutters and CTD's. The CTD's near whiterun and Lake Ilinalta are where this is most prominent & makes progression through the game near impossible. Use this mod if you only want to do screenshots, but avoid Whiterun with the console commands, ESPECIALLY if you are using mods that add to Whiterun. Otherwise, wait until somebody creates a patch or tries to find a solution on your own, as this mod & many other Forest mods are incredible and compliment each-other almost perfectly, but don't agree with Oldrim's 32bit limit.
AGREED, BY REMOVING IT AND IMMERSIVE PATROLS MODS, MY CTD BECAME 60% LESS. DESPITE MOD BEING IMMERSIVE, IMHO Veydogolt Trees IS NEW GENERATION MOD OF THIS PREMISE.
I've been running through this combined with https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/67063/? (Great Forest of Whiterun Hold) with multiple followers, and no crashes yet.
Mod seems to work fine i.e. no ctd's or stuff - but from the comments below I gathered it REALLY makes Skyrim almost a jungle. Which it doesn't, at least in my case - apart from the Whiterun plains where, yes, there are lots more trees. Sad really, cause I looked at many forest mods here at Nexus and this one seemed really "wild" and huge...
I just happened on this mod because I felt that Skyrim lacked a great forest of some type and I thought this might be it.What I did find is an amazing mod that has so much potential. I will track it and hopefully one day, way in the future....just wanted to say great mod.
