I'd recommend making the imperial armor ready at the beginning be called "worn imperial armor", and have it be base value. Then all other sets have the higher armor rating.
I don't know. Just because the Imperials are "well-funded", doesn't mean their rank and file soldiers will have good armor. Hell given the "Roman Army" thing they have going on, the rank and file soldiers would either be very very small in number or would wear no armor at all.
You should also greatly increase the Penitus Oculatus Armor stats as well as the Imperial General Armor (like what Tullius has). I love this mod, but the front-line troops are more well-equipped than the higher-up officials and their guards.
Hello pleasure,wanted to play with Khal Drogo,saw some mods to play as Khal Drogo but are not very good because not have an outfit similar to Khal Drogo,you can create the outfit that have in the game in which he uses shirtless,to be similar to that of Khal Drogo?
Would be nice if the Helgen guards / rebels had a lower quality (ie: normal) versions of the Imperial / Stormcloak armor than you could find elsewhere, and the Imp / SC armor you obtained later was at least respectable.
Sure the Imperials are well funded, but for one, this isn't the Imperial city where they have the best armor, even then...The Imperial armor in Cyrodil was only a bit better than steel. Not to mention funds are probably tight what with having their lands raided by Thalmor, the Nord Rebellion, breaking off ties with their allies in Hammerfell, etc etc etc..
just because you can get it at helgen is why it's one the worst armors, now you will start with "elven" armor so you won't use lower armors, like leather and such. But it's just an opinion. Good work anyways.
