Confirming this does work for AE as of 2023. Perfect for using EFF to force recruit Bandits as followers without them constantly talking to themselves.
any chance you could make / locate a mod that makes them never spout retarded lines while they're actually fighting you? I don't think you'd be making jokes as your limbs are getting hacked at xD
I haven't played Skyrim much yet, so those repetitive monologues are not an issue for me - yet. Just in case it will become one in the future though, I will gladly download your mod to have a cure in store. So, thank you for sharing! Should I find myself using this mod someday, I will make sure to return and endorse!
@zorrodood Thanks, you're right, I will change that.
@pwner69 and @Siphonos Yeah, I didn't mind at first. But after a while I just thought it became repetitive and annoying instead of fun. Cause they just say the same things over and over, just feels like I've heard them say these things a thousand times now.
If you pay them or have enough persuasion to convince them to be your friend you can just hang out at their fort, make a little home there, talk with them and they'll even protect you vs other things.
Can make it like one of your little safe haven checkpoints traveling the world killing them (if you can) just isnt as good.

Edit: I used it in Oldrim and it was one of the first mods i tried in SSE, works perfect.
At least with the bandits you can cut them off in mid monologue, with an assassination, stab, hack, bash or...wait for it...an arrow to the knee
thanks for this

Now all we need is something to prevent them from going, "Someone there?" when they're being killed.
