This mod looks AWESOME! I thought I'd mention that there's another mod called V740T Whiterun Exterior that does the same thing, and does it equally well. (What it *doesn't* do is add trees all the way around the Whiterun glacis like this ones does--that makes this mod a do-not play-without in my game. ) But the good news is--they both work together! Twice the goodness!
This fleshes out Whiterun very nicely so it no longer looks like a pile of rocks dumped on the map. Works well with Open Cities and compliments Mammoth Rest Farm while expanding the area in a natural way.

But you should clean them with tes5edit. Some users posted in your comments and never got a response which is not that cool: Guarded Borders.

It does not clash with the Whiterun Outskirts Market by RadioBoX as far as I could tell, but I didn't check every nook and cranny.
