I love this house. It's really in keeping with Riften. I don't even mind the smelter, it's somewhere to dispose of the skeevers Great job, thanks for sharing this.
Hey there, great house! I've been looking for a place just like this for my thief/assassin and I really like what you did here. The only minor thing I noticed when I had a look in-game was that my followers seemed unable to get inside the house. It's not really a problem, since the character I intend using it with doesn't have any, but I still thought I'd led you know (unless that's the way it's intended, in which case you might wanna mention that in the description). Anyway, as I said, not a real problem for me, so I'll definitely be using this. Endorsed.
Nice house, not too big and convenient. My only complaint (and a continuing one on almost every home mode)...you don't put smelters inside a house! In a cave, yes. On a mountain ledge, yes. Outback of the outhouse, yes. But not IN the house. Everybody would die! Riften does need a smelter closer than Shors Stone but not indoors. Besides, Riften is made of wood. Smelters make lots of fire and the whole town could burn down. Personally a mod to put a smelter somewhere near the Stables or between the west side of town and SnowShod Farm would be a good place.
Ramone21 - it's across from the entrance to the ratway and to the left of Romlyn Dreth's house. You'll notice the door looks different than the other entry doors down there.
Thanks for the feedback. I'd be happy to make a smaller version. I made this version for myself and I'm a little bit lazy, so I tried to cram everything I'd need into one space
i agree with to large space for a home special in rivten near canal.
i like a simple home with a hay pelt bed lots spiderwebbings lol some campfire couple chest for items to store inside (who aren't respawn)coolest is when it says players stash or sumtin. a small table and simple chair,make it like it's abandoned perhaps with some water leaking inside from the canal. lol perhaps some mushrooms growing on my walls from the moist walls.
i dislike to much clutter like every comfor item to make your life easier. so there is no need for all items like smither, smelter enchanter or potion maker or what ever.
if you please can make the home in rivten near canal and simple i'll endorse for sure.
This looks like it is going to have a lot of potential. I will try it out soon. From your pics I am worried it will be a little too large for my tastes but I am looking forward to trying it. I love the location. Perhaps you could also do a version that is smaller and cozier? Possibly eliminate the trophy and smithing rooms?
