Thank you a lot for this. I have always hated to visit old place and see it full of enemies and items again. What i kill i want it to stay dead forever. Speaking about 'No All Cell Respawn' i have a few questions:
1. All dead bodies (they not disappear?) and containers in ALL world will be a safe place to store? 2. The plants and ore vains will not spawn? < it's the main thing i'm worry about 3. This mod will not bug radiant quest? For example if i clear a dungeon and later i get a quest to kill a bandit leader there.
I don't know if I was actually able to stop cells from respawning, given there's different options in the CK--you can set a cell itself to never respawn, and there's a separate option for the time it takes for cells to respawn. If the first didn't do the job, the second takes over--unfortunately, I was only able to jack the number of hours it takes up through the roof. Trying to set the timer to zero hours or below didn't work, and if memory served causes problems.
I can't remember how long I set cells to take to respawn, but I think it was in the region of thousands of days. What I do know for sure is that I kept going back to Whiterun on quests from Riften, Windhelm, Solitude, etc, and kept seeing the corpses of guards and cultists who'd died days or weeks ago lying in the streets.
As far as I can tell, all containers in the game are safe to store things in, but those added or altered by mods may not be. Plants and ore veins shouldn't respawn, but I wasn't able to stop torchbugs or butterflies from reappearing every time I moved between cells. I suspect the same thing is true of salmon.
I'm not sure about radiant quests. I don't know if the game will forcibly reset a cleared dungeon if you get a quest to go there; I never had the patience to keep doing the same quest over and over again until it broke.

I don't think so. I gave up on trying to set all the Actors to never respawn, as I couldn't actually alter the settings of many of them. It doesn't seem to have mattered anyway.
You should be able to get the merchants to restock if you download a mod that affects their restock time and put it below mine in the load order.
As for the flora, I don't recall changing anything about it specifically--it's just something in the cell that respawns when it does, so I think you're out of luck there, I'm afraid.
Is there a way to make it so only the enemies you kill dont respawn. I like the idea of clearing out the enemies but i feel like the merchants and flora are too much im just interested in the people being cleared out.
