First off u can only get with addspell console command, Second adds the spell to conjuration not destruction, Third isnt a pulse or blast of any kind just a blue fireball an its really weak to and lastly the worst part of this spell THE COST IS OVER 7000 MANA PER SHOT!!! I couldnt even cast it at first had to use console commands to change how much mana i had.LOL doesnt look cool doesnt do anything cool. dont download its horrible LOL
This is reeeeally late. Though. Like any mod this doesn't work without an (esp or esm). Which does not accompany this file. It might exist but without one of these, we'll never know.

sorry i am really sorry but mey winrar wont let me rer the file and i do not know how to make a screenshot but it looks like the revenant spell and has base damage of 1000 and paralyses
