Don't worry about the MCM menu thing, if you don't want to use it you don't need SkyUI or SKSE to load the .esp, you just won't get the menu if you don't have them.
been a while hasn't it? well I lost my motivation for modding and stopped working on this, but I did come back to fix the old bug of the Altar not giving out perks properly. The altar should be fully functional now.

An altar at High Hrothgar that allows y,ou to convert Dragon Souls into 10 points (default) of Attributes (Health, Stamina, Magicka).You can convert either 1, 5, 10 or 20 souls at a time now. Now the dead dragons really do make Dovahkiin stronger :) You can modify how much an attribute is increase per dragon soul (2,5,10 or 15 Health/Magicka/Stamina per soul).
Can convert souls to perk points now (No SKSE or DLC needed). MCM menu controls the configurable options and can be used to convert souls to attributes now. A respec option to allow you to change your base stats (Intended for role-playing purposes of building your character how you want him/her). MCM menu controls the configurable options and can be used to trade souls directly. *Requires SkyUI AND SKSE to use the MCM menu, but the game will load fine if you don't have them*
The MCM menu feature of trading souls is intended to allow you to trades souls in a different location to the altar in High Hrothgar if you find somewhere you think is a better fit for trading souls. It can be used to trade souls anywhere anytime but i'd prefer people to make the "pilgrimage" to a chosen location to trade souls. Feel free to not do this, but you're only cheating yourself.
To help you see your stats more clearly after 1000 try a font replacer like:

Install
=======
1. Extract the file and readme to C:(Install Directory)Data
2. Start Skyrim, select Data Files, Check "Dragon Souls To Attributes" file.
Uninstall
=========
Delete the Dragon Souls To Attributes.esp and readme from your Skyrim data directory and the listed files below, or just use the nexus mod manager.
