10/10 for the house location , it couldn't be better 10/10 for house outside look, it totally blends into the background scenery so naturally that its amazing. The underground armory is perfect for display and showing off stuff.
The inner house looks a bit cramped but is probably perfect for players who prefer a compact place with quick access to everything.
This mod has a serious navmesh problem. Just try to walk with followers around the house, try to reach the entrance. Where my followers cant go i dont go either.
This mod works beautifully alongside Candle Pond Ranch - they're like neighbors in-game. I was worried about the collision, but they look like they belong together. There are a couple floating candles by the forge outside where the Talos shrine used to be, but I disabled them and it's like nothing was every wrong. It's great, too, for roleplayers with big families. The family can live in Candle Pond Ranch (which also has a farm, Housecarl, and tennants, with up to 6 kids and your spouse and THIS mod allows for a sort of workspace separate of the other home.
Great mod, and I'm happy to be using this awesome mod combo.
EDIT: I found some tearing near the Candle Pond forge. However, loading CP AFTER this means moving things around a lot to make it work. The tearing is a more simple fix.
I LOVE the design and location of this house, but the majority of the storage containers will not open for me (food, drink, potions, etc. etc. -- only one which would reliably open was sale items and player safe). Very bummed by that, as this would otherwise be my ideal player home!
First off the mod is great looking and I love it, but as has been mentioned before there are one or two problems.
1 ) Leather Storage - sometimes lets me access it & at other times doesn't 2 ) Armor Mannequins - after putting armor on them, at some point my armour has become invisible ... it's there but not showing. 3 ) Follower Issues - wierd stuff happens, example - Vilja seems quite happy but doesn't go in to the armory (no problem really) yet Ceri won't enter the house at all anymore (did at first but not since) 4 ) Bust Display - Masks do not display and no where for the mask of Clavicas Vile 5 ) Shield Display - shields are tilted downwards and at wrong hight 6 ) Poison Storage - I like to seperate my poisons from my potions, so could do with a dedicated poison storage 7 ) Weapon Storage - needs a dedicated weapon storage area 8 ) Weapon Displays - loads of dagger displays that are not needed yet not enough displays to show off a full set of weapons next to the mannequin, ie ebony armor with a full set of ebony weapons displayed nearby 9 ) Trap door - trap door to armory is fine but it just seems wrong to have a trap door in the floor of the armory to get back upstairs to the house 10 ) Outside seating - in my opinon the house could do with a little outside seating area for those nice summer nights 11 ) Rain falls through roof of outside building (where the smelter is)
Overall I'd give you a 8.5 out of 10 as this mod is really nice looking and well laid out, just has a few little niggles to try to sort out
*edit* I'm just starting to learn to use Tes5edit so i dont know if this will help but I've noticed that the StagLeather Chest is shown twice with two different FormID's (01008804 & 0100880C) both of these refer to the container ID 010087F6. Could this be part of the problem with the leather storage?
love this mod bug i found was the naked mannequins . put clothes on left for week cam back clothes are there but not visable i like this house for display but can use if i cant see my stuff , fyi way to may fish in pond, thx
Outside the house in the smithing area near the tanning rack is a pile to store leathers on the ground. It wouldnt open an inventory panel to store stuff in there.
The ore, ingots and hide storage piles are fine.
Would love it if you would take that library section (to the right when you walk in) and change the bookshelves to sectioned weapon storage instead.
