    This looks like a beautiful set. Can I convert it and use it in SSE? Can I duplicate the data from the esp to my own esp?
    Btw, Loriath is the surname of two of my characters. Funny coincidence.

    Hi do these work with skyrim special edition? I know how to use resources for oldrim but for Special edition i'm not sure if I have to do something before adding them to my special edition files. Thanks for your hard work. I love this resource!

    Hi all!

    Sory for so much late in the scene. I used to get messages from modders and users, but I always postpone them, then forget about it. Now it was the time to apologize every affected users. So please excuse me if I ignored someone or forgot to reply.

    Anyone who asked:
    - about using it
    - about altering it

    Now they can do it as they wants, I updated the description, too. Altering the mod is possible without my permission but please keep me (and this topic) notified what happened. These restrictions removed by this day. If it still need corrections or additions, please notify that here.

    Obviously it still needs completion. It needs the interior, and White Gold, and whatever... they are done but made under name of an another group. Therefore I can't release it as the part of this asset. Maybe a second part, but that could be complicated because of copyright issues, and on other hand, two packages are confusing and sources of mis-installs and bugs.

    Altough I'm currently retired from modding (modeling) it's still NOT a dead hobby of me. I loved to do it and moreover, I loved when people liked it and used it. That was the power, why it's worth to doing it. Occassionally I thinking about a returning, I even have new plans of unique assets and models, new ideas, whatever... but the intention isn't too strong, at least not for now, mostly because my other active hobbies. But this maybe change one day and I will return

    One thing what I promise is that I'll keep an eye on the thread regularly. If anyone have questions, please ask it here, not in private msgs. If possible.

    This mod needs some final fixes, methinks.

    If varlaisaran is reading this, please come back and finish this mod, and release it as a modder's resource with the relevant permissions and restrictions.

    Skyrim fans will owe you a debt.

    Bethesda ought to have included Ayleid ruins & architecture by default in the Skyrim game. These buildings were one of the best things I liked about Oblivion. Our thanks to Varlaisaran and Skyrimlazz for recreating these beautiful Aylied architectural designs, models, textures and concepts.

    And I need to retexture things for my mod. It also seems author is MIA since Feburary. My exteriors guy used this and it looked great but I wanted to spruce up the textures.

    Great. Oh well. You get my endorsement but i'll be hoping I get a PM saying to go for it. I'd obviously be willing to share the re-texture work.

    You release a modder's resource that needs fixes, but then you put up a permission rule that they cannot be modified?

    Some people really put up weird restrictions on their work... So if I want to use these in my mod, I am not allowed to fix them for myself first?

    The fix for textures: You need to edit the mesh's NiTriStripsData bit where it says BS Num UV Sets and set it from 1 to 4097 . Then the normal maps will kick in like they should.

    You have to do this for every node, and then go to Spells > Batch > Update All Tangent Spaces.

      It is rather an odd move on their part. And pretty annoying for people who need weathered looking ruins.

      "If I'd were you, I would not going to retex the current models. Some of them is buggy, some of them is missing and overall: they have a hard and illogical UV maps. You should wait for the new -and final- release, it will be much-much better, and complete. I promise it. But if you are impatient and want to retex the current models, you have my permission to do it. "

      He gave permission to another modder to modify them. If you asked nicely, I'm sure he'd let you make some bug fixes or pick them up completely(not sure if he plans on reworking these further or not).

    Does this resource add the oblivion ayleid statue as seen the blue images images added by users (kawayashi)?
