i really like the idea of the mod and ive already retextured this to look less out of place in skyrim but awesome job on the rest of the mod...and im also doing other changes to the mod like a new kind of doors that would require such a thing liek a power orb >>>>Endorsed
Thank you for your comment. I'm glad you like the mod.
I would imagine someone with more scripting experience could probably streamline the door scrips (or maybe make one and just change the properties for each door, instead of having each door with its own script).
And feel free to upload the retextured version either here or on your own if you would like.
I know a lot of people would prefer it to look less out of place. I'm not a good one when it comes to adhering to lore much. I just go do whatever I'm feeling at the time.
Very nice system, like the design of the buildings too, I personally like using the fast travel but still this might hold me over till I can get my TARDIS completed.
@Thasic Everyone knows what Dungeons and Dragons is, although what variation are you meaning? As D& was and still is available in many forms, I have to assume you mean the tabletop version of course. Funnily enough people don't seem to realize without things like D& tabletop games, Skyrim likely wouldn't exist.
This is a great idea. Way back in the lost mists of time, I was an avid player of a little game called Dungeon and Dragons. All you kiddies probably don't know what that is, but I ran a campaign around a similar idea. Thanks for the nostalgia....
Any way, back to the present, I like the idea and the fact that there is sort of a quest to actually operate the portals but I have to go with the prevailing opinion that the architecture really detracts from the presentation as a whole. I would likely use the mod but the look of the doors, the central room and the writing for the portal entrances just detracts too much.
I'm going to DL so I can endorse, just for the unique idea, but I probably won't use it as is. I have wanted to dabble in modding, perhaps I'll try to lore-ify your mod just to get my feet wet, since you so graciously gave permission to do so. Whatever happens, thanks for the upload and efforts.
I'd like a more lore friendly version of this mod. The concept is fine, but the textures and style is extremely out of place. I did not endorse for this reason, because I won't be using this mod as is, just because that's my personal taste. That doesn't mean it's a bad mod, it worked fine, and it's cool and a great idea, just not for me. Good work, I'm sure others will enjoy it more than me.
I'm afraid I tend to ignore the lore to some degree. But I have always hated how drab and dirty the architecture of Skyrim is. Maybe I tend to over-compensate.
I'll consider "de-saturating" the colours somewhat and see how that looks.

I would love to see someone put a Tardis in Skyrim. If u really make one, I'm begging u to share it with me.
I think I have a mesh for a police box somewhere that could be used for a Tardis. If u need it, it's yours.

If you want perhaps to make it slightly look more lore friendly, you can try giving it an older looking texture. But that's an opinion.
The other way to make this fits more into the game is to add even Moar structures using the same mesh and texture
either way kudos, that interior really is impressive.
