They seem to have changed the Z offset from the first NiNode, I don't recall it clearly at the moment, approaching the quiver towards the back of the body. I personally used his idea and changed just the Y offset from 0.0 to -10.0, actually raising its height
Like others have said, the crossbow bolt doesn't appear. In reality, it does appear, but beneath the crossbow.
You see, the quiver model also contains the bolts themselves. It's not the projectile model that's loaded into the crossbow. Therefore, when you moved the quiver down, it moved the bolt down.
It looks great on the character (the quiver), but it's dysfunctional in the fact that the bolts appear underneath the crossbow.
There might be something in the Creation Kit that can fix that.
