The mod looks great but I am noticing a significant performance loss. Around 20 fps less than vanilla, which I could run at 57-60 fps. any solutions, or is this normal?

    Hi!
So I've downloaded the ENB and dropped the files into the skyrim folder. When I get to the loading screen right before I enter the game it crashes! I'm a little new to all this and I don't exactly know what I've down wrong. How do I fix this? Anything helps.

This whole damn day I've been trying out and experimenting around with different ENBs and when I pretty much gave up (ony finding something that didn't kill my framerate)I found this one.
Now, I really didn't want to use it because of the old ENB version it needs, which doesn't support ENBoost, Parallax and other nice new effects.
So not even knowing if this was possible or would trigger the end of the world, I just only copied over some files from this ENB: enbbloom.fx, enbeffect.fx, enbeffectprepass.fx, enbpalette.bmp, enbc.bak, enbc_effect.bak, enbc_enbeffect.bak (not sure if the latter three were even necessary), keeping the latest ENB version and ini file that comes with it.
And just as I hoped, it worked and I have very pretty graphics now. This finally gives pretty much everything (especially indoors is perfect!) the tone I wanted.

There's just one strange issue: When I look up into the sun, the screen gets kinda dimmed... now that I think about it I think this is actually a feature. Might be this "adaptation" thing. But it's much stronger than it should be and even setting EnableAdaptation=false in the ini doesn't get rid of it.
Does anyone have an idea what to do about that? I guess there's some variable in one of the beforementioned files which I could change to fix this but I've got no idea which one :/

I may be a little late to the party, here, but I hate that feature, too. Open the GUI and scroll down to the adaptaion setting, put all values to 0 and you won't get screen dimming. It's worked for me on tons of different ENBs.

Best ENB I have used. My computer is not the greatest. (i3 4150, gtx 750ti) and it runs with a 1-2 fps drop if that! To make things even better, it looks wonderful as well! Great job man, great job.

Man, your enb is damn AWESOME! Simple installation, no fps loss at all, not to mention it's look so beautiful and atmospheric! I browsed a lot of enbs and your one is still the best for me. Use this for a whole year by now. Thank you so much for creating it and sharing with others!!

But still, there is one thing that, well, makes me feel a bit uncomfortable recently. The homes' porches is too dark. I mean, if you stand in front of one NPC's house, you can't clearly see it, you can't see objects there. And if any NPCs stand there, you can't see them as well - you only see a dark silhouette.
This problem haven't bothered me until now. So I really want to fix it to make buldings' porches lighter. Can you please give me a hit how to do that?

    P.S. Sorry for my english

Yeah, certain items seem to glow with this enb
Anyone know how to fix it? I really like this enb otherwise

The only ENB preset I actually like. Not dark, Doom 3-like in comparison to the rest of the ENBs out there.

This enb is perfect for my fx-4100 + HD7770 1GB setup, as there is NO performance hit at all, that is noticable to me at least. Perfect color during the day but nights, I would like a little darker (still trying to mess with the enb settings to achieve the perfect darkness). Other than that, this is the only enb I use for my AMD setup. Much thanks!
