The only difference between difficulty levels are the HP amounts. Why mod it instead of just not using the master level if you can handle it? I guess maybe you want to look kewl to friend or something. I mean the AI doesn't change the abilities don't change so what is the point of modding the HP lower instead of just using the lower difficulty setting?
can you a mod where all npc hp are all realistic like if you get hit by sword on hand you lose hp, but if you get hit on head you die instantly? like more realistic
Yes please create a mod that makes every normal NPC and the player if he is not skilled enough have 100 HP and every NPC that has big muscles and is strong could have 150HP including the Player if he is skilled enough. So that only armour changes your survivability against weapons.
i would like that to. it would be more realistic to have a smaller health for everyone that way you wouldnt have to use a mod to increase the weapon damage which is better because: 1. all those mods make you kill a dragon with one hit later on and 2. you cannot use the other weapons mods because there is no compatibility. I use 50 mods (all work well) but one thing its still s#*!: i have to chose either to hit a bandit 30 times or kill a dragon in one hit. there is no mod to use the perspective of decreasing the health. thanks for this mod anyways

Basically I want to make all characters and enemies in the game have no more than 200 health (except some creatures, bosses, and dragons). Enemy difficulty would be based off their attack power, armor, weapons, and AI.
I want to be able to sneak murder guards and stuff from lvl 1, etc...
