I am having the same issue as others. I installed everything except the Thalmor robes mod, but none of the meshes have changed. My Novice and Adept robes are still just regular. Any plans on a fix?
I realize I'm nearly a year behind, although my searching led me here and maybe future players as well. I was looking to replace my novice robes and every mod failed so far so I dug into the files myself. I found out that there are two items of the same name. There are actual Novice Robes (ID: 0010CEE5) that seem to be of the monk variant, which this threads mod had in its meshes. Although, the robes you find in the beginning area Helgen are a Mantled College Robes variant. The path to the Novice Robe (ID: 0010D2B4) in Helgen is -

This appears to not work, but I sense missing information. For example, you only have 4 files but there are more robes than that in the game. What would one do for necromancer robes for example? Putting that aside for now, I have Novice Robes of Destruction and want to use your replacer, so I download the novice file which gives me meshes->clothes->monk->[2 nif files]. I put those in the corresponding data directory and the texture of the Novice robes mentioned does not change. Seems that the files are named wrong to actually replace a Novice robe, any idea where they should go?
