This is odd. There is no reason for the script not to be executed... I can only think that there might be some conflict with other mods, or maybe with Dawnguard, but I can offer no explanations.
I have done some research and some other modders have had a similar issue with the event I used (ActiveMagicEffect.OnEffectStart), but noone of them managed to solve the problem. Someone suggested to recreate the script from scratch, since it might be a random bug.
You're missing the .pex files and/or the .psc. You could include the .bsa file with your esp, or supply the matching loose scripts found, or you could give either IsharaMeradin or myself edit access and the original copy of the .psc filesif you haven't the time anymore.
Sounds like I'm not the only one having problems. As with those below, I found both tomes and haven't seen any results of it working correctly. I use the "Recover Memories" spell and it acts like it does the spell, but is still listed in my magic menu and I don't get any improvements.
I've leveled quite a few times since installation and no notifications ever popped up.
I just checked all three of your mod's versions. None of them include the necessary script pex files in either a bsa or loose file structure. Without those scripts, the changes in the esp only provide the means but not the function.
Either create an archive in the creation kit, File menu - Create Archive option and include the resulting .bsa file with your esp. Or supply the matching loose scripts found in data/scripts for the pex files and data/scripts/source for the psc files.
Sounds like a helpful idea, but without the scripts for everything to fully function I'll have to wait to try the mod later.
Mind uploading the scripts by themselves i think that might be the issue it seems like they are missing from the esp. atleast i cant seem to locate them there. that might be the reason it doesnt work for me atleast.
I'm also having trouble with this mod. I don't see the notification following the 60 second span from level up nor does the "recover memories" work. No stat changes occur.
I don't have Dawnguard installed nor the Skyrim Script Extender but I am using a couple of race mods and the BBE mod (these shouldn't interfere in your mod whatsoever).
Hi Totem it's my first post here , and I wanted to know something , your mod (and I don't know why) doesn't work , I think it's installed correctly ( I use NMM) I find the books in belethor's shop but the recover and the ability of wisdom doesn't work ( u know when I'm leveling up) Can you help me ? Or someone ?
