I haven't tested every mod if it works with this one. But this is just a tweak of the origin ENB mod so you will have to ask the creator of the main mod if it works with it.
I'm using The Goddess (Demi actually) with your .ini file and I get steady 30-40 FPS. Almost same specs, GPU and RAM. I'm also using FPS Background Booster, and I manage to escape with 30 FPS during combat.
But could you upload the booster_d3d9.dll somewhere? Or send it in a PM? I remember once using it with your config and getting +20 FPS.
So does this mod work by basically disabling the features of The Wilds ENB that sucks up FPS? Disabling DOF is kinda counterproductive to what the ENB provides...
