@Thenryb You can change the amount of seconds it takes for the encumbered message to display by editing Skyrim.ini
[General] fEncumberedReminderTimer=3600.0000
This seems to only apply to reminders while travelling about in the game world. The message will still display after any interactions that add items to your inventory i.e. shops, containers, smithing, etc.
How about a mod which removes the message altogether, or at least prevents it from repeating? I do not need to be "told" and reminded every 30 seconds that I am encumbered or "over-encumbered".
