I'm guessing this has been abandoned since the 231 dirty edits reported 2 years ago are still there (according to LOOT) and there hasn't been any updates since AFAIK.
This is the best RP house mod I've come across, have you considered including it in a hunting themed quest reward? For instance, you could come across a journal on the patio detailing the previous owner's plans to hunt for bears in the Moss Mother's Cavern, which already has a quest in it that would suit it, the body of the intrepid hunter could be stashed in the back with the key.
You wouldn't even have to add quest markers, just leave a mention in the journal that he's hunting with his friends in a cave northwest of Half-Moon Mill, which is just near the lodge.
This would make it seamlessly integrate with the game
This is my favorite house and I have downloaded many. However, sadly, I'm getting really weird shadow effects on the inside -- lots of flickering on my character. I'm not seeing it anywhere else and don't know what could be causing this. Any ideas?
