As usual Apachii hair is required, extra 10 female hair pack. Coverwomen look one will improve the result.
Apachii hair: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/10168, Get the extra 10 hairs from the optional files. Oh.. and grab the helmet wigs while you are at it. You won't regret not going bald every time you equip a hat.
Coverwomen: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3563, not actually needed, but drastically improves the end result. And is required for exact screenshot appearance.
I also use Eyebrows Match Hair: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/627, v1.0, by Aluminumfoil, which I feel is one of the more underrated mods on the nexus.
v1.1 Skin tone should match body now. Hopefully. Black hair version only, until it's confirmed.
v1.2 new .bsa versions. None of those dirty, loose files. Just download with manager, activate and play.
