there isnt a book in the vanilla game, you need to finish the quest and the spell will be added, or you can use player.addspell XX00C600 (probably is 0200C600)
Nice mod and although the whole point this mod was made is not the reason why im using it because i'm mostly a mage or battle-mage so I invest points in Magicka and Health but I hate switching my spell just to summon a temporary horse and I don't like to fill up my hot keys so It's a nuisance really but I have no problem switching shouts.
@Landplacer I don't understand It's not like the players had a choice of whether making "Summon Arvak" a spell or a power and if your insulting people for not investing points in magicka then you are stupid because the people that didn't have enough magicka for the spell are here but there are a numerous amount of people that are okay with casting that spell. I think I've made it clear that I don't understand what the point of your comment was and why you "JUST HAD TO" say that so as Edg3k said "simply just f*** off".
Thats also why I keep using it, i recently switched to playing as a mage for the first time in a long time, early on summoning a horse can be very draining, especially if you are just after coming out of a fight. Also, why should people be punished if they havent put points into magic, its not like I'm summoning a god of war or a god like creature which can one hit everything, its a mount, sure it can be used to fight but come on, so can my horse. Just being able to call him in without needing to switch to a spell and cast it is really nice. Play you enjoy it even as a mage

This is just what I was looking for. I dual wield, and was fed up of having to swap my weapon for a spell and back again every time I dismounted Arvak to fight baddies and then have to re-summon it. Maybe that isn't so bad on a controller, I don't know,I don't have one. I'm on keyboard/mouse and it was a pain. Perfect programmed to M3. Thanks again.
@Landplacker So whats your point? Im a warrior but I can summon storms, shout mammoths off cliffs and speed across the map, so why cant I summon a horse? If you dont like it, you can simply f*#@ off and ignore it, not hard is it? Actually, lol at people who put effort into commenting on mods they dont like. To everyone else, enjoy.
Im not sure Vicente31 I dont use it, but I dont see why not. From what Ive read, you dont need the horn to summon him, but it might work with it, but since hes a spell and not a physical horse I'm not sure. I dont see a conflict but Im not sure if the zone thing will work with it. Sorry I couldnt be more help.
