@Devon-- Great idea, but apparently it won't patch via reproccer to use with SkyRe. For example, Glass Armor shows Armor Class of 182 with my perks and skill level, while tier 4 stormcloak only shows armor class of 76. I hope you can resolve this, because I hate, Hate, HATE Glass armor and would love to be able to wear a different armor!
People please tell me if you want something new in this mod. I think everything is as it should be. The only thing I don't know is if you want something added...
-will remove the Daedric Tier 6 set -all sets will have equal stats as other armors in that category (eg. Glass category (Tier4) set will have exactly equal stats as Other Glass Light armors) -adding Stormcloak Light shields to each Tier set -reverting stats for Dragonplate and Daedric armors to original

I finished the patch, have fun and report bugs if there are any
I don't think it's too much since I made it so that the Dragonscale set (Tier 5) has 1 armor rating lower than the original dragonscale set. Deadric set (Tier 6) makes it go 1 armor above the original Dragonscale set so it's not too much if you look at it stat-wise.

I already considered it, I think I will make it in the near future. I will start sooner if more people ask for it, I don't feel like doing it atm. But I will...probably...eventually...yeah xD

And there it is official v1.20 release, you can now improve your Stormcloak Armors at the workbench.
I hope this will be fixed soon
