The full 1.7 update is now released. Read the readme file for update instructions and change log. New version is compatible with Moonlight tales, and as been cleaned with TES5Edit.
This will be the last update for a little while, as I have 18 hours of classes this semester and I'd like to still have time to PLAY the game. I will keep my eyes on this page to answer questions and take feedback.
I'm also working on a plugin called "Amulets of Hircine" that will allow howl changes by equipping amulets, much like the vampire amulets. Its not as stylish as the menus added by other mods, but I find it more immersive and I thought it was cool, so I'm uploading it as an optional file. I may also include a way to use howls (or something very close) in human form with this as well.
This doesn't effect werebears at all, since vanilla Skyrim doesn't let you turn into a werebear anyway. Moonlight tales adds that functionality, however.
I know, but i'm just saying you could add a compatibility patch for moonlight tales so that for werebears, bears will be the allies instead of wolves, I think that would be nice.
Can someone please tell me what exactly is wrong with 'Werewolf Perks Expanded - Dawnguard' and is it still true? I mean this post (https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/2153219-ultimate-skyrim-mod-troubleshooting-and-management-guide/#entry18850409) is from 2014 but says Werewolf Perks Expanded - Dawnguard: Dirty Edits, outdated; but on the mod page it says 'Last updated at 21:20, 28 Oct 2016'. Any help, please?
The post says exactly what it meant, dirty edits. Search that term, pretty easy to understand. That was stated as 2013, recent file was updated in 2014. Doubt this issue still exists, LOOT didn't tell me it's a problem so I assume it was resolved. If it wasn't, easy enough to fix on your own once you know what a dirty edit is.
What if I delete this mod mid game? I tried it and nothing happened BUT I wonder if it will still affect my save file, is it going to start crashing at some point?
alright any way you can check if this clashes with sacrosanct? cause i have alot of files based with that mod but the problem is when i use werewolf perk mods it doesnt activate and i think sacrosanct is one of the problems but i would really love a mod that expands werewolf perks and doesnt clash with other mods
I have discovered the root of a problem I've been having for quite a while now, every time I start a new character and ask Kodlak to join the Companions when Vilkas is supposed to train me, he just goes nuts and attacks me right there then you have to use console commands to skip on or be trapped in endless battle and then he gets stuck constantly talking to you or never speaking again when you click him. I tried a new game with no mods (not even official DLC) and he worked fine, so I knew it was a mod issue. I tried it with the DLC and all but Werewolf Perks Expanded and Amulets of Hircine and it worked fine, I add Werewolf Perks expanded it works fine, then I add Amulets of Hircine and straight back to feral Vilkas attacking me on sight and the whole messed up problem, so I need to restart characters as this IS baked in to my saves. Big pain in the eye really. So, while Werewolf Perks expanded is fine, Amulets of Hircine is a bust, especially just to change howls, rather than do this crap I'd rather walk over encumbered all the way from Northern Solstheim to the Underforge and manually change howls.
A question to the people who know this kind of stuff: can i mess with the mod files to nerf it? The perks seem way overtuned, i just want increased flexibility in perks, not godmode on any difficulty.
Once you have the perk, Beast Nature and Full Moon Rising will be active in human form forever, even you have cured yourself of lycanthropy. But after all, this is a good mod, makes being a werewolf way more fun.
I hope someone can help me with my little problem. Everytime I use Totem of Ice Brothers my Pack member attack me not my enemy. I don't know what is causing this, but the only mod that alters the Werewolf Perks is this one and I still didn't find a solution. I hope you can help me

Edit: Nevermind, I balanced it around my op character and my Vampire Lord transformation, it's pretty good now.
But after all, this is a good mod, makes being a werewolf way more fun.
