I love the mod and I have been using it. The only thing that I don't understand is why her face turns black when I have it enabled. For some reason rather it be ordering or what I can't mod anything else in the game except for Serana, so I have been having fun just doing that and then the strange black face thing happened lol and it is only her face. Love the mod either way though. It is nice to finally be able to put something else on here other than the vampire armor.
Does anyone know if this mod has been patched up by someone else? I would love to download this mod, but the possibility of her losing her clothes/armor permanently is a dealbreaker for me (obviously).
you can still use this mod in conjuction with mods that alter serana's face for example. Install this mod first, set up serana with all the gear you want, save the game. Uninstall this mod then install whatever face mod you use, you'll find she still has all her clothes you gave her equipped and with her new face.

This worked until I fast traveled to another town and suddenly the 2 of each default armor she held before that I removed through this method you describe she now randomly got back again... lol
I change Serana's armor all the time, and she wears it without changing back, unless she is going to be cured. she returns with the old armor on but soon will go back to what I gave her. The trick to getting her to wear other armor is it has to be a complete set, AND has to be at a higher enchanting and damage rating to what she defaults to.
I've uinstalled all my serana mods and i can't get her to change outfits, even with robe armor reduction, i still can't get this one or even UFO to get her to change armor.
