   if you are in the drak brotherhood you can just the dark brotherhood hood its the same thing

      Actually... its far from the same thing. The *Dark Brotherhood hood is darker and thinner than Serana's. it also covers less.

   how do i permanently remove the hood from her. does anyone know? i think the hood is annoying

   If you're a Khajiit the model changes to that of the common mage hood. Though even if you fix it to use the normal hood model in the Creation Kit it won't work properly as your head will clip through the hood. :/

   In fact it seems that race makes kajhiit brown hood. I change with showracemenu and man it works correctly. So no problem!
   
   Incidentally if anyone knows a mod that keeps its new appearance after transformation with showracemenu vampire, it would be great! thank you
