Ok, so I now feel sufficiently guilty for not answering questions, so I'll answer all of them at once! I guess I'll call this the FAQ post.

Q: Is there a way to make the glyphs bigger/brighter/placed differently? A: No. There might be a way to adjust the texture placement and brightness by messing with the enchantment shaders, but I haven't come across one.
Q: You can have symbols only for weapons and not for armor and clothes? A: Correct, in most cases. As this mod is a texture replacement, the only way for it to show up on armor and clothes is to have some kind of shader effect use the textures.
Q: If have a different mesh on an object, will it stop the runes from showing up? A: No, at least, I don't think so. As long as the enchantment shader can still show up on the weapon, it should be visible as usual.
Q: Will this eventually cover the Dawnguard Rune weapons? A: Not likely. Mostly because of Fallout 4. :x
Q: What could I possibly tweak to make the glyphs show up more (brighter)? It definitely shows up now, but wanted it to glow a bit more – is it something I can adjust in the texture, or a specific setting in the ENB? A: I honestly don't know. The way ENBs can affect glow effects definitely supports the idea that they could be used to make the glyphs brighter, but I'm not too familiar with the more arcane ENB settings. If anyone knows a way to do so, please let me know, as this is a much-requested feature (see above).
Hey, I hate to say this, but... this is not a good mod. The vanilla weapons work as intended, though personally I feel like horizontal lines of tiny glyphs isn't especially pretty. But here's the issue. You said that custom meshes should be compatible, right? Well... I use one of the Witcher sword mods, and I felt like having actual runes instead of that weird shader Bethesda made would be perfect. But hardly any of the blades work. My main weapon, Werebane, has runes running vertically down the blade which would be fantastic - if it was on both sides. the right-facing side is entirely blank. Also, the pommel has little tiny lines of runes, and the hilt has runes too, on the leather grip. Another blade, Gwynbleidd, only has runes on the leather grip and part of the guard. I''l upload some pictures to demonstrate. Oh, and I use the Dwarven Black Bow of Fate, and this makes part of the bow a bright, glowing red.
This mod probably will never be expanded, but, if it was, I would like to see a Futhark alphabet runic one, and one based on the Enochian magic ( a occult system channelled in the 16th century). Multiple versions of these fonts are available for free online.
I might be able to do it in Photoshop with a little motivation.
Just installed this mod, love it! It's so good, thanks -- endorsed.
Had a question -- I know it's specific to each person's ENB, but what could I possibly tweak to make the glyphs show up more (brighter) It definitely shows up now, but wanted it to glow a bit more -- is it something I can adjust in the texture, or a specific setting in the enb? Thanks!
Absolutely beautiful mod. I also noticed that the glyphs carry over to the dark mist in Meridia's temple and a few of the preview-images for a few dragon shouts; I'm not sure if that was intentional or not, but it looks great!
If you do ever decide to cover the Sun Damage effect, I would be extremely grateful. (There are absolutely no mods that touch those and the vanilla effect is hideous.)

Would like to see a version with more runes on it and on armor at some point if you can do it.
Still an awesome mod, Endorsed.
