First off, great mod, especially for the year it was made in, its hard to learn nowadays i can only guess the time and dedication it took you.
I would like to update this mod a bit, keeping most of the structure, but adding/replacing bookcases, mannequins, custom displays, change the lighting, change the location to one of the hearthfire homes, changing the layout and solve some small issues like navmesh and z-fighting and the like.
Basically do some renovations to the place.
Would you give me permission to update/change this mod and post it to the Nexus, linking and crediting you and this mod?

But firstly let me just say that I love this mod, and only recently discovered it. It is set out well. and set up well for home my library. The only problem I have, and as I said I'm not sure if this has been reported before or not, but every book shelf places the books upside down. This error is the only thing that stops me from using the mod, apart from that, I love the mod.
So apparently whenever I go into Breezehome the game CTDs, whether I go up from the basement or the front door doesn't matter soon as it's loaded up, and seeing as how this is the only mod that changes Breezehome I have installed, what does i do?
Most likely. I dont have the dragonborn and can not modify the addon for it. Try turning off the dragonborn dlc and see if it works without it. If so theres the problem.
It crashes for me after walking around inside the actual Breezehome for around 15 seconds (without going into inventory or main menu). I think it is due to the Dragonborn dlc but I do not know for sure. Could you check?
Btw a few bugs, although its fully navmeshed the followers wont follow in i dont know why, also i made a seperate identical version using just skyrim.esm and update.esm without dawnguard and heartfire but i cant start it as it crashes for me, i dont know if i should upload it for vanilla users as im not sure if it works.
Latest version is up. Description has been updated. Requires Dawnguard and Hearthfire as it crashes for me without one or the other, will try to fix that so maybe it will work without the dlcs. Dl with manager has been disabled to prevent accidents. Test it, report bugs. As always backup your items just in case.

Any chance you could place a hatch to it on outside of Breezehome instead of having to enter Breezehome?
