If as in the case of TomNord display racks or other where they should not only be a saving problem, try to load a previous one. Moreover before installing the Mod collect all the objects that are placed inside. Fun.
Love your mod! But you need to change some of the Italian to English, and fix some other stuff, I'll post pictures. C: I tried, as you wrote, to buy the house and all the upgrades and then apply the mod, but i still got this problem where some old items wouldn't disappear.
The fire effect that was in the middle of the house still there, looks like it's burning my carpet, any solution please?
I bet you're using some striping fix mod or a mod that changes the lightning in various areas. Try disabling it, if the fire's gone, ta-daah. If not, try a clean save/new game. :o
Per utilizzare al meglio la mod vi consiglio di acquistare la case, acquistare tutte le decorazioni ed applicare la mod. Se come nel caso di "TomNord" visualizzate scaffali o altro dove non dovrebbero esserci è solo un problema di salvataggio, provate a caricarne uno precedente. In più prima di installare la Mod raccogliete tutti gli oggetti che vi sono posti all'interno. Buon Divertimento.

AH - I think I understand now - buy the house, but do not purchase any decorations from the Steward and I think this mod will work great. Just guess though at this point, unless confirmed by ReVenton87.
I just tried it and it looks great, except the fire was still burning in the middle of the room and a shelf was in the new fireplace and some wall issues, etc. Perhaps the the house needs to be vanilla (no added books, weapons, etc) for this to work? Not sure. Any suggestions?
