I'd suggest comboing this with Undeath(rather optional, mostly for those who want to be a Lich), Forgotten Magic Redone(non-optional, the best magic mod out there, as using the spells allows you to lvl the magic itself and add extra effects), The Path of Sorcery/Perkus Maximus, Enchant Magic Damage and Potency(the best mod for balancing magic in Skyrim, actually making it a competative choice), Immersive College of Winterhold(Optional, but it will allow you to actually effectively skill up your magic schools at the only magic school of Skyrim. It might be the slightest bit too effective with the lessons, but considering how relatively little mages get from their schools, I think it is far from a problem), and lastly the Apocalypse spell package(Adds a seemingly endless amount of relatively lore-friendly and balanced spells to skyrim).
This mod is truly awesome! Had great fun with, messing around with one element at a time to wreck Whiterun xD Could be more spells for each element, but other than that I love it!
