Things that may or may not be added: - DG item displays. - The home will be upgradable so you don't start out with everything. - Treasure room with a gold pile that increases in size as you store gold. - Training room - Garden won't respawn as often. - Adjustable cooldown on Recall and Void Storage. - Another, more subtle teleport effect. The swoosh is a bit overdramatic.
Also, I wonder if anyone has found any the two easter eggs hidden in the tower since the initial release.
Great idea ^^. I just made myself 1 week ago a new display wall for DG Items and vanilla artifacts. Anyway a really awsome house or tower mod. I really like your mods and especially your abilities. You are just awsome ^^.
Wow, this looks impressive! Found this by following a trail from your autosort mod. Anyway, since you're making an update, it'd be cool to have a Hearthfire patch to convert (part of) your garden into the plant-your-own-ingredients variety. Oh, and if making a Hearthfire patch, I suppose it'd also be good to make it so your adopted kids could live there (not in my bedroom, though... some things they just shouldn't see...)
EDIT: have now spent some time in the Dawnspire, and I love it. My above Hearthfire suggestions stand, but otherwise it's pretty much the best house mod I've ever seen. And I love the sound of your planned improvements. The only thing I might want more is mannequins, as I'd like to display as many armor sets as possible.
EDIT #2: Also, could you make the NPC merchants compatible with the Investor Perk (so you can invest to give them more money)? Since Rienna handles the money/trade, maybe just have the investment dialogue option with her, and investing with her would add the invested status to all the merchant npc's?

Another request for the update: a category menu on the Void Storage Pullbar (All - Weapons - Armor - ... etc). I have amassed a LOT of items, and when I use the pullbar to retrieve some items, there is a substantial delay between every item I remove. Would be a great help if I could just pull the items from one category at a time. I know I could just go to the appropriate chest and take items from there (I do, for now), but that takes away from one of your great features.
EDIT: And another: The ability to merge soul gem fragments into whole soul gems. There are 5 types of fragments, so each type of fragment can represent a different type of soul gem (petty, lesser, common, greater, grand). So, putting 3 (?) of the same type of fragment into the soul gem merger could net you a whole soul gem of the corresponding type.

Ive been using this mod for about 6 years now and its what kept me from moving to the special edition this whole time. it would seem that development on the mod is essentially done, does anyone have an idea on how to port this properly to SSE?
I have ported this and it is working so far. Well, one thing is not working really. The sorting options and auto-book placing are not working. I can manually throw everything into the void and the items do sort to their proper places. Also, the npcs all had the darkface bug but, that fix is easy. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/10522?tab=posts&BH=0 The first pinned comment fixed the darkface for me. To port the mod I simply extraced the bsa and ran the NIF optimizer. I then re-archived the files I had extracted. Then I put the files in the data folder and ran creation kit, loaded the mod, let it finish, and saved. Then I ran LOOT to make sure and it worked. I've done this for quite a few mods and only a few have caused issues. This mod has not given me any issues except as previously noted. It is an amazing mod!
EDIT: Actually, the auto-sorting does work, it just doesn't take everything. I did not realize how many modded items I had on me. Obviously, the auto-sorting doesn't account for mod added items.
1. Instal Skyrim BSA unpacker. 2. Load the Mod on your drive (Dont use MM) 3. Unpack archive 4. Use the BSA unpacker to unpack the .BSA file 5. Delete the .BSA file 6 Leave everything as it is. Pack it to a .rar and install whit MM
Im not shure that this will work or have no bugs this is how i got it to run. Have not tested it jet but it starts !!
I love the mod, magnificent player home for any magic user, however I have one problem. Everytime I open a container in dawnspire and put items in it or take items out, then exit the container, my game crashes after a few minutes. I've tried turning off the auto sort and it hasn't helped.
I've been living in the Dawnspire for a couple years now, and every single house mod I've ever come across pales in comparison to yours! There hasn't been a single one I have felt more comfortable in than Dawnspire. I also quite like the Dragonborn add-on, since I was really struggling with a good place to store the Black Books, without cramming them in the same place as the rest of my stuff (I'm such a hoarder...).
I'm very excited to hear about the coming update! I'm definitely willing to wait 3 years for that since I know I'll be enjoying the mod even more than I already am.
I also have a few suggestions regarding a Dawnguard add-on, but feel free to disregard them if you don't have the time, or don't like the ideas. -Displays for the three Elder Scrolls, that function similar to the mask/claw displays. Even a simple rack in the library would be perfect. -Displays for the 5 paragons and the Initiate's Ewer.
In other news; I've been thinking about turning the center of the private quarters (that arcane well/focal point thingy) into a ritual site that can be used for the Undeath mod (like my own little addon for both mods). If I ever get around to that, would you like me to keep you up to date about that?

I'm a very big fan of your mod and I have been using it for a very long time (more than 2 years ). Since French is my first language, I made a French translation of the Dawnspire for my own benefits. I also made a translation of your Dragonborn plugin. I was wondering if you were interested to have it as an optional download in your file page. I'm a high School teacher, so it's high quality translation for sure.

Hello, I've been using your mod since a long time now, and I wonder something. Is Rienna's vendor items supposed to stay fixed at low level gear? I mean I can only find iron and steel arrow, event at my current level (85). It's awesome when being at low levels, but it becomes quite a bit pointless after 30ish. Is this a bug or intended? I'm just wondering
I have quite a bit of problems with this mod... It does look amazing though.
1. I cannot get the statue to work, it doesn´t have the little purple blazing light thingies on its hands.
2. I cannot find the quest and dont know how to activate it as you - the author - have said NOTHING about it...
3. I cannot find Dawnspire anywhere... I have the 1.0 version. Can you please help me out??
UPDATE: Ok so, I got to the dungeon part by doing coc _mtd... But i cant get anywhere else. The statue is also completely broken, i try to use the teleport but it doesnt do anything at all. I wont get the quest either... Please respond quickly. D:
UPDATE 2: So, i found out how to get to the Garden and the Dungeon and the cave through coc... But not the others, and its disturbing. Also most of the place is missing areas of texture, like the Garden. The Dungeon is alright though, nothing wrong with THAT... Anyway, In the Misty Cave, the statue is off, no flames from its hands. In the coc areas, the flames are on, but they still do not work. Neither does the floor selection. I do not get the quest either... THis mod looks so epic but im afraid i might not be able to play this... Unless i get a fix for this.
Eh, its s#*! i know, but theres nothing i can really do about it. The other updates make my Skyrim crash for a damn unknown reason, all except for this one. I've searched all across Google, etc, no answers whatsoever. Its been like this for two years. Sorry. qq
i cant seem to get teh books t go from the chest to the shelves i stuff allt he books in there. when i leave it the options clear and place. place clear and so one pop up i click place books...it claims to place books. but nothing happens
