I have played Skyrim for many years , and i don't know how i have never seen this awesome mod . All is extremely beautiful and plenty of nice details , but remains simple and lore-friendly . I keep it and endorse , thank you , I add screenshots , if you are still here . ( just a little thing : the exterior lighting is excessive and does'nt fit the other parts of Riverwood ) .
Still using this gem today. The location is perfect. Really underrated mod. I wish vanilla had a starter house like this in Riverwood. But that's why we have mods.
Hello. I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart, for this PERFECT Riverwood small house. I LOVE small houses and this is PERFECT. Ideal location, love the lighting, the water inside, that iNEED recognizes as water source and can refill the waterskins, the items you can pick up, everything is phenomenal! Easily the best Riverwood house for me! Oh and I LIKE that you don't have quest to take it! Endorsed with both hands! The pictures don't make it justice!
Been using this mod for ages and it's still my favorite humble little starter house. Great to see it's still being updated.
I had a minor idea of my own for the house. Instead of just letting the player walk into it and claim it, maybe you could make a really short quest to get the deed for it. I was thinking something along these lines; 1) Player talks to Gerder about house (she sort of runs the town). 2) Gerder mentions it's currently unowned, but bandits in the local mine stole the deed in a recent raid. Bandits are operating out of Embershard Mine nearby. 3) Player dialogue options says they will go take care of the bandits. 4) Gerder says if they player does and they find the deed, the player can claim the house. 5) Player clears the mine and finds the deed on the last bandit. 6) Player returns to Riverwood and swaps the deed for the key with Gerder. 7) Player claims house.
Sorry not to have responded to such a thoughtful response! I'm glad you enjoyed the mod. Just to say that I have *absolutely no intention* of following your suggestions - that really is absolutely contrary to my playing style, and I mod for myself first and foremost. However, there is nothing to stop *you* from creating a new version of the mod and uploading it. If others feel like you, it might be very popular, and I'd be glad that you got extra enjoyment out of it. So, I won't make the changes, but do go ahead and make them if you really want them in your game.
I love this mod~ My only small complaint is that you can't sit down in the bath. Other mods have submerged benches, allowing the person to actually sit and enjoy the bath. If you would consider making that change, that'd be awesome. If not, that's cool too because its still an awesome house! Other than that, this mod is perfect. ^_^
Well, the House itself looks really nice, it's one of the few Riverwood Houses in the center of the village. But i have 1 problem: Once i enter the house, the wall on the opposite is just missing! I use 2 different Riverwood mods: "This is Riverwood" and "Towns and Villages Enhanced: Riverwood". Could it be a compatibility problem?? I tried 1 more Mod with a house at almost the same spot and got got the same issue with it! Does anyone have an idea?
Great house. It's perfect for me as I don't really like large houses and I love Riverwood.
I noticed that the fireplace has some funky lighting issue, but it's not major. If you look at the fireplace, the lighting flickers if you move left and right in front of it.
Princess, ive followed your mod work since Morrowind on Planet Elderscrolls. Your mods are always classy, beautiful and tastefull. Always giving the right amount of decoration and usefullness to the player. Thankyou again for another beautiful home.
One problem, this house did give a nav mesh issue for me in Riverwood. From the middle of the smith shop, to the middle of this house and the entire street adjoining the main street. Not a big issue, but thought I would mention it. Again Thankyou for your work. You are one of the reasons I got into using mods. I hope you dont stop making mods for the community.
Perfect house in perfect location. One odd thing though, the bones of the dragons that were killed on the island behind the house keep following me home (see uploaded picture).
This is the only Riverwood mod I have. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this experience either with this mod or in vanilla Riverwood.
Again, this is an excellent house and I have endorsed it.
I am new to Skyrim and I just arrived at Riverwood. Looking for accommodation your house was the first choice. Thanks. Endorsement - sure, no question.
