As of version 1.0.6 I can give Skyrim Nexus Update Manager my endorsement. While some may argue that Java isn't the best language to use for something like this, this little program serves as a quick and dirty way to juggle all those mods you have loaded. When all of the bugs get worked out of Nexus Mod Manager, it may overtake this. But for now SNUM gets it done. Endorsed.
