I just found out how to extend the duration, in the console type player.modav conjurationpowermod <VALUE> the value in %, if the duration is 120 seconds a value of 1000 would make it 1200 seconds (20 minutes, 3000 for one hour, sadly it does affect all conjuration skills.

under the skyrim workshop, then do a search.
