Could you possibly make it harder to craft? I like to play more realisticly and just a silver ingot for a ring that reduces shouts by 75% seems a little overpowered. seems like a pretty good mod other than that

I just uploaded the mod. Its version 1.2 Delete your old version and replace it with the 1.2 version or overwrite the old one. Take it easy and enjoy your shouting
Your Welcome Silos... Shouldn't be a problem, I'll upload it in the next 10 mins. I'll add a third item in the the form of the Hircine ring and lower the shout recovery time to about 75%ish.

I don't like the fact that the times between shouts were so long, but to prevent myself from abusing the power - I also made the Fus Ro Dah shout much less powerful.
Thanks fileosoft, I didnt know that and I did look for alternatives outside of the usual, I'll change my description... I just had a look at the url you gave.... I guess the major difference between our mods is that brokefoots mod is the same effect as an amulet of Talos (20% reduction) but keeps a slot free and mine uses a slot but reduces the cooldown to zero. I like the tattoo idea though, I'll contact brokefoot and see if we can combine the two.

Sorry, you are not the first... look at http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/16397 ... these armor set have a piece called "Khantus mark" who reduce the time between shoot by 20% ... the advantage of the "Khantus mark" is that it don't use any slot from usual armor or jeweltry... it simply add a tatoo on your right arm when you equip it !!!

Done...Password is now removed for convenience. Removed the Werewolf transform for now also, needs a bit more work before I add it.
