Ok, so, my first published mod. I've found deleting it give Gwen a greyface. Just don't delete it. I'm sure there's a fix for this, anyone know what it is?

@Tikky Ok, I thought you speak of the ctrl-f4 thing, which I did, so what exactly didn't I do, and can I fix it? I'll look into it, bust, what keys do I press? and WHY would this effect uninstalling??
You're getting the discoloration (after uninstalling) because you forgot to export/package the .NIF file in the Meshes/facegeom/skyrim.esm folder. (happens to the best of us) :-) You can also delete the .tga file in Textures/facetint, not required. No value. She's looking good. I hope Farquar isn't the jealous type lol. Nice job! Endorsed.
