The Greybeards have decided to place stone portals to High Hrothgar outside all major cities to aid the Dragonborn on his journey so he doesn't have to climb the 7,000 steps every time.
Portals to the 5 major cities are available inside High Hrothgar.
PORTALS FROM LEFT TO RIGHT: Markarth - Solitude - Whiterun - Windhelm - Riften
