its better to put them in bat files, so you type "bat campfire" to spawn a fire and a spit so they line up right, and then "bat tent" to spawn a tent and bedroll, again to line up...works perfect with the small imp tent, although noclip is needed to escape the ensuing fabric prison
if u dunno what a bat is, its just the console commands you'd type in, but in a text file (each command on a different line) and just call the text file whatever u want, so call it tent aand bat tent executes it
I really like that idea. Please update it sometimes! I noticed an important glitch; i used the portable bedroll once and it gave me 100 in all stats and i could level up to level 81....thats pretty annoying XD
**edit** i ofund out the hotkey to numpad 1 gives me 100 levels up... you should change it!
I really like this mod, and the last comment seems to be of 31 January I would like to know if anyone (author or someone else) is planning on updating this mod anytime soon?
It's a great mod/script and it fits perfectly with this:
I've been looking for a mod like this all evening, I will get this a shot, and good luck on portable campsite part!
From what I've read/been told there is a random 'campfire/sit' event id? If that is true, you could possibly tie it to say.. a kettle and make it a useful item to carry around. Pull out kettle, place where needed.. poof campsite.
Not sure if this helps people without the dragonscript but its a list of console commands withough having to download anything else - works in game lol.
I've spent the last 2 hours or so on a virtual safari, searching for a way to to set up a temporary camp while adventuring across the cold, harsh land that is Skyrim. After a whole lot of digging and guess work, I was finally able to make it happen. I figured this information would be worth sharing, so here I am.
Below is a list of "camping" objects, along with the console ID for each. Simply open the console and type in "player.placeatme" followed by the object's respective ID. The object will spawn at your exact location, so position yourself accordingly.
Tent (large) - 800DE
Tent (small) - 83ADC (I wouldn't recommend using this one, as the player becomes stuck underneath the tent and must toggle collision off in order to get out. If you do decide to use the smaller version, make sure you spawn your bed roll first, so that it will be under the tent.)
Bed Roll - C34AF
Campfire - 35F49
Cooking Spit - 68ADB
A few notes to remember:
- The angle at which the object spawns is relative to the angle that the camera is facing, so try to have it as level as possible when setting up your campsite. Not unlike camping in real life, a generally flat area is ideal when choosing a location.
- If you can't seem to get an object to spawn at an even angle, fear not, for it's a very easy fix. Simply open the console, click on the object, and enter the following commands: "setangle x 0" "setangle y 0" "disable" "enable" This will set the object straight. If you wish to rotate the object horizontally, use the same command as above, but with z being the variable. Keep in mind that you'll have to disable/enable the object each time you do this for the change to take effect.
- When you're ready to pack up and head out, just target each individual object in the console and enter "markfordelete". The objects will be gone upon loading a save or restarting the game. This method is much more stable than just "disabling" the objects, as it completely removes them from the game, rather than simply hiding them.

Please give us a normal mod.
Wait I found one in Steam Workshop.
