I just tried this out today (a few years late to the party, I know). I downloaded it manually and installed it via Mod Organizer. Guess what? The zombies are still invisible. You NEED to pack the meshes and textures with the .esp!
There are still so many problems that people have with this mod. The idea is great, but when I installed this mod every Draugr turned invisible as there is only one file: the data file. You need to include all of the files for this to work. Please make this change so that people will be interested
This needs to be updated. The last update was in September! Please update this. Perhaps with different files to replace the monsters with, or a tutorial maybe.

(BTW, the chickens run around screaming like Dremora right now, and only explode when killed [[most of the time]])
