I don't think that the female Khajiit have proper dialogue to be a marraige candidate. However it would be simple to swap the character's voice to another race's that does have the dialogue. But I am sorry, I'm no longer working on this specific mod anymore. I've broken it into many small mods that are all still being worked on and are not yet uploaded.
No, he isn't. Atleast he shouldn't be. Is he female in your game? If so I have absolutely no idea why he would be. Are you sure you're speaking of the correct Argonian because their is a female argonian added by my mod aswell.
