I reviewed this mod as part of a random mod review "series" on reddit. Here is the text of the review:
A cozy mansion on the shore of Lake Ilinalta. One bed, no bath, two stories with an attic, complete vanilla crafting (no DLC), an archery range, and a dock.
This mage-tower style home sits a stone's throw a way from Half-Moon Mill, towering over the lake with its austere Winterhold College-style architecture.
Complete with an expansive dining/kitchen area with plenty of space for entertaining, a large study with many bookshelves and alchemy and enchanting tables, one master bedroom, and a rooftop forge overlooking the beautiful surroundings, this is the perfect home for the discriminating Dragonborn. This would make an excellent lakeside retreat for the Archmage of Winterhold for when he needs a bit of warmer southern weather.

(I apologize for the terrible LOD and Ysolda's face; my testing modlist is still WIP).
The layout of the house is excellent and it is fully navmeshed, allowing your favorite lover to join you in the expansive master bedroom. (Ysolda did have a bit of trouble on the steep stairs. This is to be expected, stairs are really difficult for NPCs to navigate. Eventually I had to use EFF to call her up to the second floor, as she got stuck on the first landing and was unable to make her way all the way upstairs. However, she was able to navigate all of the other landings entirely on her own).
Another interesting thing is that the bookshelves came pre-stocked with an incredible array of texts, so if you just want that erudite look without spending gobs of time collecting all those volumes yourself, you're in luck! The storage all over the home is mixed - some already is stocked with homewarming gifts for the new homeowner, while other chests are empty, awaiting the Dragonborn's belongings.
The mod has 11 UDRs and 7 ITMs, so it should be cleaned before use.
TheGreenFrost Could be something with your video card, it is a ck or a game bug probably, go in come out, then everything will be all right most likely. For the first time the tower had been missing in my game.
Anyway it is a grand work and nice castle but my followers can't enter the palace; will it be follower and spouse-friendly at some time or it is already and it just doesn't work at me ?

(The ITMs and UDRs have already been reported to the LOOT team.)
After I reloaded the mod it worked. Not sure what it was because I did that before. Thanks for the tips!
