Um... I hate to be that guy, but I have a mod that added the just about the exact same follower under the name Lady Gothica. Looks the same, has the same gear, etc. Did you use that as a base file? If not you may want to look into someone posting the exact same/ 99% similar mod on steam as they may have done exactly what you were trying to avoid.
Lady Gothica uses the default height however, and doesn't have Daedric equipment as her default outfit. Lady Gothica also has different eye and skin colors. She has a different lip style too. Not quite the same. The base file I used was a saved NPC file from a player character I created once, but I increased Psumiku's height from default 1.00 to about 1.1 or so. Psumiku also has the AllowDragonShouts Perk so that she can use Ice Form.
Lady Gothica is also in Ivarstead's inn, not Riverwood's. Lady Gothica is Level 30, not level 200, and is a destruction mage, rather than an all-around warrior.
