+1 for the unique design -- it literally is a "log" house! +1 for making it an exterior home (no interior load cells) -- at least, it appears so from the screenies. +1 for a choosing location that will not clash with most mods +1 for the lookout tower attached to the roof; would be even better if the house were on a small hill +1 for the cute NPC idle animation for the roof +1 for fixing the navmesh
Requests/suggestions: * You call it a "Lumberer's log house", yet there's no wood-chopping block nor a sawmill nearby. * Add some stuff to the exterior space around the house; maybe a little garden, or a stable * A boat alongside a small pier/jetty would be good; especially if you can add a chair and some fishing tacks/rods for fishing.
Very nice lil player home, simple yet awesome. I love the location too, have a perfect view of the lake & if you have the Astiera mod installed a nice view of it. Couple of things I'd like to see personally, One some work stations like a tanning rack, alchemy etc. outside like a lil side area would be cool. Second some docks out in front. But that's just me. Going to endorse soon as I can.

NavMesh was fixed.
I add tanning rack and wood chopping block.

You can use the Dovahkoon Relaxes Too mod to have the player sit there too.
