have you thought about a version of him that wears ancient falmer armor from dawnguard instead of the modern chitin falmer armor? or possibly a completely new armor? i just feel like seeing as he is from a time before they devolved and started making everything out of chitin, he wouldn't be wearing it.
nope... the axe was designed specifically for the snow prince. i made the mod so the axe is unplayable at the moment. i've made my compilation mod Legendary Souls that includes the snow prince, and in future installments of that mod, ill be making player usable weapons for the summons i made.
PasserThru, when the Snow Prince was alive, they were still called the Falmer.

"Amongst the few Snow Elf survivors, they prefer the name Snow Elf over their original name of Falmer, as that name tends to refer to their now degenerated brethren, which they call "The Betrayed"."
Umm... The Snow Prince was a White(Snow) Elf not a Falmer. The White(Snow) Elves of Skyrim were twisted by the Dwemer into the "vile" Falmer through years of brutal servitude under ground.
Well, regardless of the above, you got his appearance right and I think you did a good job on that. The only improvement I think you could make is to give him a horse.
They don't look like regular spell books. One should be a letter called the Snow Prince's seal. The second one is a regular looking book that teaches you a Falmer Spell.
did you find the arena area? if so, you need to beat the Falmer Shadow Champion. Both NPCs should be there for you to battle. After beating them loot the Shadow Champion's body. He should have 2 books for the player to read and learn new abilities.
