I love this version of Delphine. In game she's supposed to be in her 50s but she looks terrible in the vanilla game. Kudos to you for making a Delphine that's not only lore-friendly but aesthetically pleasing. The scars definitely booster the fact that she's has been in her fair share of scruffs. Have you thought about porting it to SSE in the future.
I had not, no. Though I played a bit of SSE, I never thought my mod was really good enough to be ported over, there are so many good ones out there for Delphine. Thank you so much for your kind words and apologies for not replying sooner.
Can someone please make a mod that changes her from being a mouthy b&@*$ ? If she even thinks there's a chance that you're the dragonborn she should show some respect . Stupid Bethesda making an essential npc that they know damn well every player is going to hate and want to kill , HA HA you funny so Tod Howard .
The censored word above is a proper english word for female dog , and the nicest word i could muster to describe her . Bethesda should have made her more believable , she claims to serve the dragonborn but instead shows nothing but disrespect . They could have added a quest that includes the blades helping to put a dragonborn emperor back on the throne . But no they do this instead , and don't even bother fixing it for SSE . I'm not really capable of making mods or i would have done something to fix her attitude , and it blows me away that someone who can hasn't done it yet .
The latest clean esp is named DelphineTTS.esp, which is different from the first one and the BSA file. Are we supposed to rename it (remove the 'TTS' ) ? The ESP and BSA must have the same filename.

Now I am thinking that the TTS esp is not an update, but a different version of the mod that does not need the BSA. Can you please update the description and readme to explain this?
The DelphineTTS (Newest file) is Delphine True To Skyrim version, simply cleaned. There is no BSA for this version. Only the original versions (the one that requires the Apachii hairs etc) has the BSA. I believe this is due to the program I used to alter Delphine's look (Skyrim NPC Editor). Only choose one version however.

Thank you, as I've been spending the past month installing and adding mods before doing my first real play through of the main Skyrim story line Delphine was one character I was looking for a Makeover however everyone either made her look extremely beautiful or just really old. You hit the nail on the head with this one. I liked the fact that she is a Veteran so I felt that she should be old but not ugly, but not too pretty to the point where I just want to marry her. I like how here she looks like she was once a beautiful warrior. You have my endorsement when I'm allowed to endorse! Great job!

I really like the Older and Darker Hair version, I think it fits the character really well.
