    @Damania, yes an arrow to the chest would be fatal as long as the broadhead made it past the rib cage. But an arrow wouldn't pierce "most plate armors." Even a modern compound bow and modern carbon fiber arrows wouldn't go through the thinnest of plate metals, perhaps something as thin as 20 gauge. Also, it would be good to point out that broadheads are used for hunting animals who wear no armor. If you want to pierce armor you would use a field tip, which is only a hardened point.

      Wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong. 20 gauge steel is extremely thin. A decent recurve will pierce it with ease with just about any arrowhead. I have made plate, chain, leather, and other types of armour. I've replicated the Wisby coat of plates according to the original find. I have fought in them against rattan and rebated-steel weapons, so I know their strengths. 20 gauge steel is weaker than some of the leather I have used, both in resistance to crushing and piercing.

      Finally, tell your story to the dead at Crecy, and any number of other places that plate armoured nobility faced masses of the humble English longbowman.

    @ YagoBeatbox
    You can use arrows from a mod or open up the CK and create duplicates of the arrows you want to use and place them in a barrel or chest somewhere.

    YES! I am playing with the Ebony Blade (fixed 2handed mess up) 24 Base damage and the 30 points absorb health from the enchantment. I love the blade, problem ist, i never get killed, i hit one time, my health is full, i am on master and bandits hit me and hit mew and do nothing (lv 22) and one arrow kills me instantly. I use arrows to, so i need to find a way to get my arrows back to normal. please fix

    Thank god someone made a mod like this, all the time I had to dodge those damned arrows, not a fun way to play a barbarian that's for sure.

    @RevoReality
    This decreases the damage of all vanilla arrows and bows.

    I think this is a great step actually, though if it were possible have the Accuracy of the Arrow be more dependant on the Skill of the Archer as opposed to damage?

    Because I have seen level 1-5 bandit spawns hit with pin point accuracy with arrows, while in truth they should be missing more, though if an arrow did hit it should do alot of damage. But I think there should be a mod to decrease accuracy and have higher arrow skill return it to you.

    Honestly I like high damage enemy arrows, my problem has always been their eagle eye accuracy, they shoot between little openings and hit you, hit you while sprinting sideways(strafing). One time I put another enemy (melee) between me and the archer and the archer no lie was shooting in between the melee enemies legs and underarms and hitting me. If there was a way to lower enemy accuracy, especially for run of the mill bandits and forsworn that would be awesome. If such a mod exists if someone could point me in the right direction. Until then I will be using this and endorsing. Thank you
