@JonoPhoenix I recall reading that the quest for Ahtar can sometimes get bugged, not work, not be available, etc., but what I did was make him like the player a little bit more with this plugin, so maybe that allows you to bypass the quest to get him, which I don't mind much since it's a buggy quest anyway.
Is he supposed to be available right away? I read on wiki that you need to complete a bandit quest first, but instead of giving me the quest he offered me his services. I'm using UFO btw.
Hopefully I will find the inspiration to create both a Khajiit and an Argonion follower/spouse, and I will likely use J'zargo for the replacer option for Khajiit. Not sure how long it'll take me (finalizing the High Elf right now), but keep an eye out!
