The ONLY Mod on Nexus that actually beautifies and overhauls the interior of Proudspire. This should have a lot more endorsements.

The features are, a bit plain for my tastes as I prefer more cozy, warm and colorful home mods HOWEVER this mod does the job its meant to rather well!!

I don't understand why Solitude is so unpopular.

I jumped on this as soon as I saw that the author had included the General Stores resources into Proudspire with this mod. Sadly, I see that the mod has been abandoned, leaving many bugs and issues unresolved...including missing General Stores containers.

I wish we could flag mods as "Abandoned" so people would know. Leave them on the servers, but make it very clear that a flagged mod has not been updated or commented on by the author in some time. Maybe a year would be a good time limit?

Love this one, but sad that i dont have the flooring n walls as i use a different landscaping mod than sexy proudspire ( i LOVE flowering and nature too lol) yes i read the comments and as i am using the museum mod here in solitude i no longer need large modded houses to store all my collections, not to mention i do have hearthfire, these town home,s are homes, for my followers more or less lol ( already played the game regular on xbox lol now im just having FUN!!))n I LOVE the STATIC items!!!!!!! and tho i did not find a answer about the empty space , i already made plans to make that a follower room, one or two depending if i use bed or bedroll hint jaxonz furnishings-old file not new one to get all the catalogs, or if you have another furniture mod, it can b utilized accordingly and as i use free homes n cant get children's rooms ( not to mention the child room glitches on normal buy n play) which is what i used to use in place as a follower room by setting ownership to kids beds, ( they had a bed n a chest lol so what if room was deco for kids lol they should b happy i give them free rent as i own all skyrim property thro real estate mod . hee hee ( yes i do have a life, but i cant help it, im a mod junkie and i am familiar with Berts works as well, there are three of you that are a force to be reckoned with in your mods!! BEST N MOST CREATIVE, INNOVATIVE AND PLAYER EASE/Conscious that i know n wish EVERYONE used most of what you guys incorporate in your mods!!!! Thank You!!! Ps if the empty room did have a purpose n just didnt load please let me know otherwise keep up the great work!!!!!!!!! ~ K

I have two questions re: this mod.

    1. Is the right hand side alcove in the basement nearest to the steps supposed to be empty?

    2. Do I have to adopt children before purchasing the childrens room? Because nothing happens if they are not adopted ahead of time.

I only have one suggestion for this GREAT......mod, how about an extra room with beds for a follower or two. In the basement possibly.

I haven't received any response to my post in a few days, does anyone know the answers to my questions?

When I tested this, it worked fine. But now when I try to enter, I get a CTD. After restarting the game, the autosave is in the house, so I can actually enter, but still it's a pain. No other mods installed on this same house.

Anybody experiencing this? Any solutions? Thx.

The best player home to have, period.

The crafting area could use some chopping block though. There is even a place for it - that empty alcove next to it.

I think this house mod is the best out there, but unfortunately it doesn't support Hearthfire (the kid's bedroom is left unedited, and there is a bookcase in the door). Can some good soul make a Hearthfire update for this mod?

Niire makes the best player home mods available!

This Proudspire is my go to crafting location in every play through of Skyrim.
The basement is set up perfectly to do all your crafting.
    The storage works flawlessly.

I highly recommend Niire's Proudspire, Hjerim and Honeyside, like I said I use them every time I play through Skyrim.
I have tried many other home mods for these locations but I have settled on Niire's mods because they are the best (IMHO).

    Endorsed and recommended

Hey there! I've noticed that using the Bless This Home spell included with the hearthfire multi-adoption system (it essentially tells you whether a space has the correct keywords and at least one/two of the necessary idle markers for a kid to actually live in the house) tells me that this isn't a suitable space, even with the bookcases removed. So I assume that means that this mod overwrites/removes/whatever the necessary idles for kids to live in the house, even with the HF kids room purchased and just tacked onto the existing home. I'm an absolute clutz with the creation kit, but hopefully with the help from the modding guide included with the multi-adopt mod, I can add/fix the missing idles. (I think it might be the dining table one and any greeting/argument points outside of the children's physical room, since the mod doesn't affect the kids' actual room.)
That said, this is seriously the prettiest iteration of a vanilla home I've ever seen. I'm absolutely frothing at the mouth about this house mod, and i simply neeeeeeed to be able to move my family there! So wish me luck!

update: It seems most of the markers are still there! I set the table in their bedroom to use the location ref for the kids so I'm going to see if that changes it.

second update: the only thing i had to do to get the house recognized as "complete" and get my kids to move in was to select a table (I used the one that comes in the kids' bedroom) hit edit on its name in the list of items, and go to the Location Ref tab. you look for the stuff that starts with BYOH and then you pick the one with diningtable at the end! And that's that!

Very good job. This home looks so much cleaner and comfortable to live in.

Currently the command to reset interior doesn't work for me. Will keep trying and work on it....When i walked into the home it was just full of new junk... thrown everywhere... the walls were all still dirty ( vanilla )
