I'm just seeing all these amazing armors in oldrim that aren't available for SE (like this one) and I'm in a "aw man" state. I hope the creator decides to port them, these are great
Warning to cloaks of Skyrim, Winter is coming and any other cloak and cape-adding mods: this mod is, so far as I can tell, not compatible with the aforementioned and will cause ctd's if you try to equip a cloak on your character wearing mithril armor.
For those that want to port this to SE themselves, simply open the .esp in 64-bit creation kit, and save, that's what I did. Will still use the current textures/meshes in the .bsa made for LE, but it should then be usable in SE.
EDIT: A couple of notes:
This wasn't made for SE so it might not be perfect
No I will not upload an SE port of this, there has been no permission given to do so, and even if there was I have no experience messing with textures/meshes to clean it up/update it
It works for me, but the cape can enchant, but there is no spell that can be used - I have all available in the game because I was in Qasmoke specifically for this and none can be used on the cape - maybe it's because I have a multi enchant mod for 10 spells at the level of a master enchanter. If someone has a mod for rings on the left hand that can be enchanted, the same place the cape is using can be upgraded for that. Advantages that it's really light armor and if someone is playing bard, the armor doesn't stick out through the instruments. I only miss the option of a hood instead of a helmet - such that it would work with the circlet, because it only has the same black ones and they don't match the color
I just dropped a screenshot of a UNP "realistic" edit I made of this mod for my HD Realism mod pack. This looks great and is an amazing and well-done mod. It was a joy to tweak it and if you'd like I can send you my files to include on your download page. :)

Heh: the virgin SSE user (you) vs the chad Oldrim connoisseur (us). Newer aint always better, son!
EDIT: A couple of notes:
If you want to use this armour in SSE just download the Bruma mod.
