Let me add another coin to the pile. I first played Skyrim on console, and was delighted to find Angi's camp. The isolated and snowbound location was perfect for my Nord, and so was Angi, with her sadly underdeveloped quest for vengeance. Needless to say, I was appalled that I couldn't marry her, as she was the only woman I felt such a bond with, and she was (for a Bethesda NPC, at least) gorgeous to boot. I bought both Skyrim and Skyrim SE on the PC in hopes that someone with modding skills would share my love of Angi. It's nice to know that I am not alone in thinking she is a wasted opportunity on Bethesda's part.
I discovered the mod ordinary women which has a nice version of Angi in it. I used Amazing Follower tweaks to recruit Angi and it seems to work well. If you are playing a hunter she is such a wonderful companion to role play with! It would have been nice if this mod had been developed more but maybe it will get picked up again in the future?

Yes.the mod got a good start, and the modder clearly had nice objectives in mind. I wish he would at least fix the issue where enabling this mod causes Mjoll to lose her dialogue. Oh well, he did much more with it than I would have been able to do.

She looks great as Vanilla, btw. No real need to change her appearance.
